Power Fitness PDX offers small group training classes that will challenge you to a new level of fitness.  In our classes, you work as part of a team to reach your goals.  You have the support, encouragement, and guidance of a dynamic and motivating trainer, who will make you ready to jump, eager to sprint, and willing to push yourself to the next level. In addition to the intense workouts, the social support and camaraderie is like none other. No day is the same, no workout is the same, no session is the same. When: February 27 - May 7, 2012. First meeting & pre-Challenge measurements on Wednesday, February 15, 2012. Reserve your space today. Limited to 18 participants.

1) Map out your day ahead of time and plan exercise like any other appointment. Be specific and outline each workout. This will ensure that your strength and cardio workouts are structured into your days.

2) Before you put your fork to your mouth, think, are you bored or are you hungry? If you are bored, do ten jumping jacks, ten push-ups, ten lunges, and ten bicycles. I guarantee that you will not feel hungry anymore.
